athelites offers 14 week Long Term Training Sessions in lacrosse. Sessions consist of two, one-hour classes per week. Six to twelve players attend. Sessions are rarely co-ed; they are gender and age specific to produce the best possible results. All lacrosse programs are held at Forest Hill / Hickory Activity Center in Forest Hill, Maryland.

COST: $560 (Long Term Training, 28 sessions over 14 weeks, two, one-hour sessions per week
Grades 5 -12)

COST: $280 (Long Term Training, 14 sessions over 14 weeks, one, one-hour sessions per week
Grades 1 - 4)
